Mortgage Elimination: Truth or Fiction?
If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it. People are removing their mortgages, and it's something that the media has not yet picked up on, however I'm sure they will very soon.

How can this be so? Well, apparently there is a lot of information that the banks do not want you to know about. And, going into this subject can get rather involved. The basics are that, the bank has not disclosed to you the "borrower" how exactly they are using this note that you created for them, which to them is an asset. Banks have a rule that the creation of a mortgage note is the creation of money, and because of their dual bookkeeping system, they actually owe you for providing them with the asset. They don't want you to know that, because if you did, you could cancel out the transaction through the offset. The bank also doesn't want you to know the fact that under the rules of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) you are a legal entity, that is in direct commerce with the bank. As such, you have rights and powers that put you on a level playing field with them. There is a great deal of empowerment when you are educated, know your rights, and you know exactly who you are in the eyes of the bank and the Federal government for that matter.
